In accordance with the Personal Data Protection regulations, specifically, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, we inform you of the processing of your data:

We inform you that all the data that we request is necessary for the purposes described in this privacy policy and if you do not provide it, we will not be able to contact you or offer you a response to any request you may make. For this reason, we reserve the right not to respond or process any type of request if you do not provide us with the aforementioned data.
It is important that you guarantee the veracity of the personal data you provide us with, and we may periodically ask you to review and update it, so that said personal data is as accurate and truthful as possible.
Main Purpose: We will process your data to manage the booking you make through the Yay website, as well as payment, based on the execution of the contract (acceptance of terms and conditions).
Additional Purposes: We will also use your personal data to conduct satisfaction surveys and market research (including anonymised analytics), based on our legitimate interest in improving the provision of this service.
Likewise, we will process your data to send you commercial communications about our own and/or third-party products and services, based on the option you have chosen and your tastes and preferences. This processing is based on your consent, which can be withdrawn at any time, through your Yay user profile or by emailing ocpd@aena.es indicating "Yay Consent Withdrawal" in the subject line.
If you access the service through the app, we inform you that, for the additional purpose of commercial advertising, we will store certain information on your device, so the consent given for this processing also implies consent for storing this type of information on your device. You can withdraw your consent using the methods indicated above for withdrawing consent for commercial communications, as well as by uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
The carrying out of market research and analysis does not involve storing any information on your computer.
If you call our customer service department, we will keep a record of the conversation for the sole purpose of providing better customer service, dealing with queries and incidents and improving the service itself, based on our legitimate interest in improving the service and the quality provided to our customers.
Finally, we may verify data relating to bookings made through YAY or Aena Club, based on our legitimate interest, in order to improve the user experience and provide a higher quality service.
Your data will be retained for the duration of the business relationship and, subsequently, for the corresponding legal periods depending on the type of data and intended purposes.
Personal data subject to processing based on your consent will be kept to fulfil its corresponding purposes as long as you do not revoke it.
Voice conversations will be retained for a maximum period of 3 years.
You can also request the deletion of your data at any time.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, your data will be kept duly blocked, while responsibilities may arise from the execution of our contractual or pre-contractual relationship, as well as for compliance with other legal obligations under the responsibility of Aena.
In this regard, Aena guarantees that it will not process the data unless it is necessary for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims or when required by the Public Administration, Judges and Courts during the period of prescription of your rights or legal obligations.
Your data may be communicated to other companies in the Aena group, as well as to the bank for collection and to the company responsible for providing the valet parking service and complementary parking services, all for the purpose of managing the service and/or product you contract, based on the contractual relationship established between you and Aena once you accept the terms and conditions.
Your recorded conversations are not communicated to third parties.
Aena may communicate your data to third parties to whom it is obliged to transmit information, such as public authorities, in order to comply with the requirements of said authorities and the applicable regulations.
Likewise, Aena may transmit the data to companies contracted by Aena, responsible for conducting satisfaction surveys and market research.
International Data Transfers are not anticipated.
As long as Aena has the legitimate right to send you marketing communications based on your tastes and preferences, we will use your interactions on the website and your contracting of products and/or services to adapt our advertising according to your preferences. Aena will process the information collected to create a commercial profile and/or segment customers in order to send personalised marketing offers and improve your experience as a user of our services.
Likewise, you have the right not to be subject to automated decision-making (including profiling), so you may exercise this right at any time following the instructions established in point 9 How can you exercise your rights related to data protection?.
When we have collected personal data from users from different sources (YAY or Aena Club), we may check and compare this data in certain circumstances to improve our understanding of your needs and preferences in relation to our services. This includes conducting analytics and improving our customer engagement.
The information collated for the above purposes will include data collected automatically along with information that users have provided directly to us through their registration with YAY or Aena Club.
Aena, as the data controller, will adopt the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security of the personal data that you provide to us, avoiding its alteration, loss or unauthorised processing.
You have the right to obtain confirmation about whether your personal data is being processed or not. The General Data Protection Regulations stipulate that the interested party has the following rights:
