GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR THE Yay! WEBSITE

1. Purpose

Aena SME, S.A. (hereinafter the company) creates and updates the site identified with the domain name www.yaparcoyo.com in order to inform users about the Meet and Greet Services offered by Yay! at the different airports, as well as possible additional services. Through the website the user will be able to book and access the aforementioned services.

Access to and browsing of this website implies the knowledge and unconditional acceptance of and the legal information and its terms of use.

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to regulate access, browsing and use of this website, however, independently of these, Yay! establishes Terms and Conditions of Contract that regulate the use and/or contracting of the specific services offered through this website. In the event of a discrepancy between the provisions set forth in the Terms and Conditions and those set forth in the specific conditions of a particular service, the provisions in the latter shall take precedence.

2. Scope of application

This legal advice regulates the use of the service of the Internet portal www.yaparcoyo.com that Yay! makes available to Internet users.

1. Valet parking service

The user may book and hire through the website the Valet Parking service, for which a perfectly identified Yay! driver will be assigned. This driver will collect the user's vehicle in a personalised manner at the airport terminal before the departure of their flight. This service entails the parking of the vehicle by the driver in the space reserved for this purpose for its safekeeping, and will end with the return of the vehicle to the user on the return of the flight, at the previously determined point of the airport.

The collection and delivery of the vehicle will be carried out by professionals hired for this purpose by Yay!, drivers will be responsible for collecting, safekeeping and returning the vehicle. During this process Yay! will keep the User's vehicle in its custody and will make every effort to provide a diligent and adequate service.

2. Additional services

The website may offer the user complementary services to the main service of valet parking, the user may book and hire additional services that are published at any time on the website, for information purposes only, the additional on demand services of the user could be among others:

Mechanical workshop.
Vehicle washing.
ITV.
Complete wash, interior or exterior.
Refuelling.
Windscreen wipers.

Yay! may add, replace or remove additional services as it deems appropriate based on the customer's needs. What is defined on the website at any given time and at any given airport shall prevail.

11. Data protection

To use the Services offered by Yay! on the website, the User must first provide certain personal data to get the Service requested. Said data will be processed automatically, applying the corresponding security measures, all in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Organic Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD) and the Services Information Society and Electronic Commerce Law (LSSI).
