About Yay!

Yay! is a parking service with a driver. If you’re going to fly, with Yay! you don’t have to worry about a thing. You just leave your car at the airport entrance and one of our valets will come and take it to a nearby secure car park. You pick it up at the exit on your return.

To use our service it is necessary to make a reservation through the website yaparcoyo.com

It’s a really simple process: you select the airport, date and time and identify the vehicle you’ll be coming with and our driver will contact you to arrange the pick-up.

During the booking process you can also hire other services, depending on their availability (exterior and interior washing, MOT management, etc.).

Throughout your trip your car will be supervised by our team and ready to be returned to you on the date you’ve indicated.

It’s currently available at Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport.

It will be available at other airports in the near future.

It’s available from 7 to 23 hours.

Your car’s in safe hands; it will be in an airport car park that’s supervised 24 hours a day, so you don’t have to worry about anything.

You’ll hand it over to our qualified drivers under a strict identity verification system.

Yay! also has civil liability insurance to cover all vehicle damage and theft (view the Terms and Conditions).

Booking is really simple and you won’t have to worry about anything; when you arrive at the airport a driver will pick your vehicle up and, when you get back, it will be returned to you at the agreed location.

Take the opportunity to have your car washed while you’re away. We’ll ensure it looks nice and shiny before your return. Just add this service when you make your booking.

Yes, during the booking process, you can hire other services subject to availability at each airport (exterior and interior car wash, vehicle inspection...).

If you have already made a booking and would like to add a service, you can do so by modifying your booking through the Yay! website or app and adding the service you want or by cancelling your booking (as long as it hasn't started yet) and rebooking it with the additional service*.

*Note: Please note that bookings can only be processed at least 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

The valet parking service consists of a user (customer) leaving his/her vehicle with a driver (valet) at an agreed location. The driver is responsible for parking the vehicle, looking after the keys and returning it to you on your return at the pre-defined location.

Yes, our valet parking service is currently available at Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas airport. We’re working on its extension to other Spanish airports.

Check whether you haven't previously registered and perhaps you’ve forgotten your password. If this isn’t the case and the problem persists, please contact Customer Service. There are several ways of doing so: by phone (Contact), email (support@yaparcoyo.com), the “Support” section of your Personal Area.

If you wish to cancel your customer account, you can do so by contacting our customer support centre. You’ll need to send an email to support@yaparcoyo.com to ensure that your request is managed correctly.

Please bear in mind that it won’t be possible to unsubscribe while any bookings are in progress and that, once you’ve confirmed that you wish to unsubscribe, you won’t be able to recover your historical booking data.

My booking

You can book through the website with ease. Simply select a date and time and follow the instructions to complete and confirm your booking.

Via your Personal Area, in “My bookings”. You’ll be able to cancel your booking as long as there are fewer than 30 minutes to go before it starts.

Forty-five minutes before the arrival time indicated in the booking you will receive an email with the details of the valet who will attend the reception of your vehicle. In the same email we will provide you with the necessary information to manage your arrival at the airport. You will find:

  • A “how to get there” link where you will find the meeting point at the terminal of your booking where the driver will pick up your car. You can view the meeting points at About us.
  • A “security code”, necessary for you to have the certainty and confidence that you are leaving your vehicle with our Yay! driver. This code is unique to your booking, never leave your vehicle with anyone with whom you cannot verify it first hand. Our valet will give you the security code so that you can check that it matches.
  • Photo and name of our Yay! driver to make it easier for you to identify him. He will also be in uniform.

Apart from this, approximately half an hour before the arrival time indicated in the booking, our driver will contact you by phone to certify your arrival and to confirm the information.

You can make a booking at least 24 hours in advance. We advise you to make it as soon as you know your travel dates to ensure that a driver will be available.

Yes, you must make an advance booking to use the Yay! parking service.

No, you can cancel your booking without incurring any cost. Yay! asks you to do so as soon as possible in order to prevent any problems in the planning of our valets’ shifts and to ensure that other users of the service are not affected.

Of course, you can modify your booking as long as there are no less than 24 hours left before the start of your booking.

In the event that you have to modify your return flight, don’t worry. When you return, request the return of your vehicle as normal.

In the event that you change the return date, if it is prior to the one you had initially reflected in the booking, please note that the amount to be charged will be the initial one that appeared in your reservation. In case you change the return date to a later date than the one you had initially indicated in your booking, you will be charged the amount of your reservation plus the cost of the extended stay at the current rate.

As indicated in the Terms and Conditions of the service, you’ll pay for your booking once our driver returns the vehicle to you upon your return. You’ll be charged the amount that appears in your booking, provided that your return coincides with the departure date stated in it. Otherwise, you’ll be charged the amount of your booking plus the cost of any overstay at the current rate.

In the event of an accident, Yay! has civil liability insurance to cover all vehicle damage and theft. View the Terms and Conditions.

The Yay! driver who will collect your vehicle upon your arrival at the terminal will contact you 30 minutes before the drop-off time stated in your booking.

If due to unforeseen circumstances, e.g. a traffic jam, your arrival time at the meeting point will be delayed, you must let your Yay! driver know during the call so that they can find a solution to pick up your vehicle. You can also contact our customer service team by phone via our About Us page, About us after selecting the corresponding airport.

If you can't pick up your car in person, don't worry, it's not a problem.

Let us know when you drop off your car with us. You will need to provide certain information to the driver who will assist you upon your arrival at the airport. This Information will be recorded and verified at the time of collection. Whoever picks up the car will also need to provide the security code that you will have already received by email.

If the driver who picks up the car changes unexpectedly after you have left it at the airport, the procedure for collection changes significantly. You will be required to send us certain information to the following email support@yaparcoyo.com (If the pick up driver changes, contact us and we will send you the procedure to follow).

Payment and billing

The booking will be charged on your return, when our driver returns the vehicle to you. The amount will be charged to the card you entered as the payment method when you made it.

In the event of any problems with charging the card displayed in the booking, you can always pay by dataphone or in cash (in euros).

There are several ways of requesting an invoice. You can do so when you make your booking by ticking the “Request invoice” box. If you forget to do so, don’t worry. You can request an invoice for your booking at any time, whether it’s in progress or already completed, in “My bookings” section of your Personal Area. You can also request it through our customer service email, support@yaparcoyo.com.

The invoice is not sent immediately after the request. You’ll receive your invoice approximately 48 hours after you’ve requested it, as long as the reservation for which you are requesting it has been finalised.

The service is paid for when the driver returns the vehicle to you upon your return.

You’ll need to add a credit card to make bookings with Yay!

In the event of any problems with charging the card displayed in the booking, you can always pay by dataphone or in cash (in euros).

Yes, you can have the booking billed to a company.

Via the Personal Area, in the “My Addresses” section, under “Billing addresses”. Select or add the appropriate data when you make the booking.

You can request an invoice for a booking at any time, whether it’s in progress or already completed, via the Personal Area, in the “My bookings” section.

Parking and drivers

Your car will be parked in a car park that’s supervised 24 hours a day.

Your car’s in safe hands; it will be kept at our facilities in a secure location near the airport that’s supervised 24 hours a day.

You don’t have to worry about a thing, as Yay! has civil liability insurance to cover all vehicle damage and theft. View the Terms and Conditions.

Your car will be parked by one of our qualified drivers. You’ll be able to see their name and photo when your vehicle is handed over once you’ve requested its return. In order to guarantee the security of the delivery and return of the vehicle, our valet will ask you for the security code displayed in your booking to check that they match each other.

Before the start of your booking, the driver will contact you and agree on the meeting point with you. Upon your return, your vehicle will be waiting for you at the meeting point at the departure terminal indicated in your booking. You can view the meeting points at About us.

There is no maximum height restriction for vehicles except for the following car park:
- Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Bajaras T4: maximum height clearance is 2.10 metres

Issues resolution

Don’t worry. You’ll simply be charged for the extended stay at the current rate. The excess tariff will be charged per minute up to the maximum daily charge, which varies according to each airport. You can consult the maximum charge in the “Additional information” section in your reservation confirmation email.
